Vendor Application

     Vendors are welcome & encouraged! We ask that all craft and art vendors choose a location in Vendor Village in the pines or near the entrance to the pines. We will find a site for all craft & art vendors that arrive. Vendors are asked to fill out this form & contact us for reservations.

     We have lowered the weekend cost for vendors & included them in our VIP status. Cost this year is $100 plus 10% of your overall sales. Vendors get one half priced "helper pass" for $50. We are asking the additional percentage this year to encourage smaller entities to participate & if you have a great festival, that you share some of that back with us. We donate 10% & we will never ask anything we won't do ourselves. This encourages smaller vendors to come, new vendors to try it out (if they don't sell much they only paid a regular ticket price) & if you have a great year, then it helps us build it up better next year! This is an honor system, we will not ask for sales receipts, only that you see the vision & purpose of this request & share honest weekend totals.
